I don't like Nebo, oh no........
Woah. Nebo is a big hill. And I'm a big girl when it comes to riding up hills. I thought I better get some more hill climbs in with the epic only a few weeks away.....
I'd just like to have a whinge about my left knee. It's the one thing that's really holding me back and I'm a bit pissed off with it because I've never really done it any harm. What gives?
We've got another gig on Sunday, so off to Haycom to go and practice and whinge to more people about my knee..

Um, don't panic about the Epic, dude, people will be getting off and walking, they did it at Kooralbyn MTB marathon.
As for the knee... usually it's a problem with (1) using high gear ratios when climbing or (2) dodgy cleat positioning or (3) dodgy seat positioning, usually too low or too far back.
